The Gold Stars semester focuses on learning about the Do Pentatonic Scale, Outer Space, Patterns, Time, and the Chinese language. This is beautifully done through full-body movement, instrument play, games, songs and use of our semester instrument - finger cymbals! All classes are enhanced with stories to read/sing including (among others) "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". Every semester of Sound Beginnings engages the student and their parent in in developing: fine & gross motor skills, rhythmic understanding, vocal ability, literacy skills, classical music appreciation and bonding.

Looking for something to help with summer time boredom? Look no further! This shortened additional session covers 8 weeks of fun in the sun and sand in 4 short weeks. Classes meet twice a week. With fun songs like "Over the Deep Blue Sea" and "Baby Shark" your little one will learn music and preschool concepts similar to other traditional semesters, with an emphasis on feelings and counting. Student book, student soundtracks and a giant blue dancing scarf make up the Student Materials set for $25.
August - December 2024
Brown Teddy Bears focuses on learning about the Major Scale, Zoo animals, Weather, and Seasons. This is wonderfully done through full-body movement, instrument play, games, songs and use of our semester instrument - rhythm sticks! All classes are enhanced with stories to read/sing including (among others) "The Teddy Bear Picnic". Every semester of Sound Beginnings engages the student and their parent in in developing: fine & gross motor skills, rhythmic understanding, vocal ability, literacy skills, classical music appreciation and bonding.

The White Horse semester focuses on learning about the Major Scale, Horses, Colors, and Counting. This is masterfully done through full-body movement, instrument play, games, songs and use of our semester instrument - wrist bells! All classes are enhanced with stories to read/sing including (among others) "Home on the Range". Every semester of Sound Beginnings engages the student and their parent in in developing: fine & gross motor skills, rhythmic understanding, vocal ability, literacy skills, classical music appreciation and bonding.
The Silver Buttons semester focuses on learning about the Do Pentatonic Scale, Shapes, Days of the Week, and the French Language! This is expertly done through full-body movement, instrument play, games, songs and use of our semester instrument - the triangle! All classes are enhanced with stories to read/sing including (among others) "Miss Mary Mack". Every semester of Sound Beginnings engages the student and their parent in in developing: fine & gross motor skills, rhythmic understanding, vocal ability, literacy skills, classical music appreciation and bonding.
The Black Spider semester focuses on learning about the Major Scale, Bugs, Transportation, Months of the Year, and Manners! This is done through full-body movement, instrument play, and interactive games, songs and use of our semester instrument - the tambourine! All classes are enhanced with stories to read/sing including (among others) "There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly". Every semester of Sound Beginnings engages the student and their parent in in developing: fine & gross motor skills, rhythmic understanding, vocal ability, literacy skills, classical music appreciation and bonding.
